Fred has more than 12 years of financial services and private equity investing experience. Most recently with TH Lee Putnam Ventures, he invested in and actively managed a variety of businesses within financial services and technology-enabled business services. TH Lee Putnam was a $1.1 billion top decile growth equity firm sponsored by Thomas H. Lee Partners and Putnam Investments.
Before joining TH Lee Putnam, Fred was an investment banker with Morgan Stanley, working in mergers & acquisitions, media banking, and firm management. Fred began his career in asset management with Citibank in London. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Kansas, where he currently serves on the Finance Board of Advisors for the School of Business.
