Search Fund entrepreneurs come to task prepared to operate and grow a business, but often seek our assistance in deal sourcing, due diligence, structuring, and capital formation.
- Sourcing: We focus on technology-enabled service businesses, so our investment theses often lend themselves to Search Funds’ acquisition criteria given their high growth potential and low capital intensity. Size and stage are also complimentary.
- Due Diligence & Structuring: We make 4-7 investments each year and often help entrepreneurs with financial & business due diligence in addition to negotiating & structuring a transaction.
- Capital Formation: We help source debt and bring additional strategic equity investors to complete the platform acquisition.
