John is a Director of Value Creation at Five Elms and sits on the firm’s Value Creation Committee. John’s experience spans operations leadership with both early-stage software companies as well as scale-ups eclipsing their first $100m ARR and beyond. Prior to joining Five Elms, John spent 16 years in GTM & Operations senior leadership roles as Global GM at SafetyCulture and COO at Infegy. His responsibilities included setting and executing the GTM strategy, creating a high-performance culture, and accelerating growth operations in international markets across the Americas, UK, Europe, Australia, and Manila.
John studied business at Saint Louis University in St. Louis, MO, and Madrid, Spain.
Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, cycling, tennis, soccer, and traveling. But above all, he loves spending time with his wife, two kids, and golden retriever, Murphy.
