Roylee Sanchez is a member of the Value Creation team at Five Elms, where he works closely with portfolio companies to identify and execute high-priority strategic and operational initiatives. In addition to his work with portfolio companies, Roylee also supports the investment team during the diligence process, helping assess potential investments and their value creation opportunities. Prior to joining Five Elms, Roylee worked at FDS, a pharmacy SaaS company, where he led FP&A, RevOps, and strategic initiatives. He began his career as an investment analyst at Henry Investment Group, a Dallas-based family office, where he performed due diligence on potential investments and provided portfolio company support.

Roylee holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from The University of Texas of the Permian Basin and an M.S. in Finance from Texas A&M University – Commerce.
