Tyler Hileman leads the sourcing operations function for Five Elms, marrying data and automation to improve the team’s ability to forge long-lasting relationships with founders. Prior to joining Five Elms, Tyler worked in music entertainment marketing.
Tyler holds a B.A. in Music with a Music Business emphasis from the University of Nebraska, Kearney.
Tyler spends his time reading novels, attempting to write his own, playing guitar, and slowly turning his apartment into a garden.
