Reed Edwards is an active investment team lead and focuses on due diligence, new investment execution, and portfolio company board support at Five Elms. Prior to joining Five Elms, Reed was an investor at Frontenac Company, a mid-market private equity firm, and an investment banker with Lincoln International’s M&A Group. At both, he was responsible for analyzing and executing mergers and acquisitions across a diverse range of businesses within the technology, business services and consumer sectors.
Reed holds a B.S. in Accounting and Business Administration from Washington and Lee University.
Reed loves working on his short game, reading historical biographies and traveling to Europe.
