Stephanie Schneider is a Partner at Five Elms Capital, a leading growth equity firm that invests in fast-growing B2B software businesses. With nine years of experience at Five Elms, Stephanie has been instrumental in executing over 23 deals. As a member of the investment committee, she leverages her background in advising corporations and financial sponsors to collaborate with growing, founder-owned SaaS businesses. Her leadership provides these companies with the capital and resources needed to accelerate their growth and solidify their positions as industry leaders.
Stephanie currently serves on the boards of Claravine, Continu, Covideo, Opiniion, POWWR, Reachdesk, ShippyPro, and Ten Thousand Coffees (10KC).
Before joining Five Elms, Stephanie worked as an Investment Banker in Citigroup’s Technology Group, where she advised corporations and financial sponsors on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance. She also has experience as an Investment Banker in Sterne Agee’s Financial Services Group. Stephanie holds a BA in Journalism and Advertising from Southern Methodist University.
