Benedict Rocchio is a Senior Advisor at Five Elms, providing general advice to the investment teams and supporting their investment sourcing strategies and activities. With over 25 years of experience in the private equity industry, he is passionate about partnering with founders who are scaling category-defining platforms.

Prior to Five Elms, Benedict was a founding member of Baird Capital’s Venture Capital team in 2000 and served as a Partner and Investment Committee member from 2010 through 2025, helping raise and deploy six venture and growth equity funds. Benedict also previously worked at KPMG in the Information, Technology and Entertainment group of its Assurance practice. He is currently on the Board of Directors at Aegis Hedging Solutions, Housecall Pro, HSP Group, and Quiq.
