Cole Lyons focuses on due diligence, new deal execution, and portfolio company support at Five Elms. Prior to joining Five Elms, Cole worked at First Capital Partners, a private equity and mezzanine debt firm, and in the direct investments arm of Spectrum Financial, a family office.

Cole graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Honors Program with a B.S. in Business Administration. He double majored in Accounting and Finance with minors in Business Law, Marketing, and Mathematics.
