Dustin leads Technology for the Five Elms Value Creation team. Dustin partners with portfolio technology teams to accelerate scale, operational performance, and adoption of AI-driven practices and emerging technologies. With more than 15 years of experience building and growing engineering organizations, Dustin has a track record of aligning product and technology strategies, modernizing development practices, and fostering high-impact engineering cultures.

Before joining Five Elms, Dustin held senior technology leadership roles across SaaS, gaming, logistics, and service technology businesses. He served as VP of R&D and VP of Product Engineering at CivicPlus, where he drove organizational redesigns, strengthened engineering culture, and advanced roadmap execution. Previously, he led various engineering and technology operations at Mythical Games, Smart Warehousing, and Service Management Group, overseeing platform engineering, data engineering, DevOps/SRE, and enterprise architecture. Across these roles, Dustin built and scaled teams, implemented modernization initiatives, and delivered measurable improvements in speed, quality, and cross-functional alignment.

Dustin holds a BBA in Computer Information Systems from Oklahoma Panhandle State University.
