Joseph focuses on due diligence, deal execution, and portfolio company support at Five Elms. Prior to joining Five Elms, Joseph worked on the Transaction Diligence team at EY, and with Compass Group Equity Partners, a lower middle-market private equity firm. He also worked as a Summer Analyst with Five Elms in 2025.
Joseph graduated from University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting.Â
Outside of work, Joseph enjoys spending time golfing and cheering on his Missouri sports teams, the Kansas City Chiefs and the Missouri Tigers.
