Mattie focuses on due diligence, deal execution, and portfolio company support at Five Elms. Prior to joining Five Elms, Mattie worked with the University of Cincinnati Endowment Investment Office, and as a financial analyst with Fischer Homes. She also worked as a Summer Analyst with Five Elms in 2025.
Mattie graduated from University of Cincinnati with a BBA in Finance.
Outside of work, Mattie loves to travel to new places and spend time with her friends and family.
