Reed Edwards focuses on due diligence, new deal execution, and portfolio company support at Five Elms. Prior to joining Five Elms, Reed was an investor at Frontenac Company, a mid-market private equity firm, and an investment banker with Lincoln International’s M&A Group. At both, he was responsible for analyzing and executing mergers and acquisitions across a diverse range of businesses within the technology, business services and consumer sectors.
Reed holds a B.S. in Accounting and Business Administration from Washington and Lee University.
Reed loves working on his short game, reading historical biographies and traveling to Europe.
