Tristan is Associate General Counsel at Five Elms. He focuses on structuring and executing transactions and advises on internal and portfolio company legal matters. Previously, Tristan was an Associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where his practice included corporate transactions, antitrust, and complex commercial litigation. Before practicing law, Tristan worked on the investment team at Five Elms, evaluating new investments and supporting portfolio companies.

Tristan received his J.D. from University of Virginia School of Law and holds a B.S.B.A in Accounting & Finance from the University of Arkansas.
