Laura Cain is a member of the Talent Team and focuses on supporting the internal hiring processes, as well as those for Five Elms’ portfolio companies. Prior to joining Five Elms, she worked as an HR & Operations intern at a real estate management company where she assisted with recruiting and hiring efforts.
Laura holds a B.A. in Psychology and a certificate in HR Management from the University of Missouri.
In her spare time, Laura enjoys yoga, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her friends and family.
