Brian Baker focuses on due diligence, new deal execution, and portfolio company support at Five Elms. Prior to joining Five Elms, Brian worked in deal advisory and strategy at KPMG, specializing in financial due diligence of middle-market private equity and corporate M&A transactions. Brian also has experience in angel investing and real estate acquisitions.
Brian holds a BS & MS in Accounting from the University of Missouri – Columbia.
In his free time, Brian enjoys fly fishing, tennis/pickleball, and bourbon tasting.
