Jack is a Principal of Value Creation at Five Elms. In his role, he collaborates with portfolio leadership teams to unlock growth opportunities, improve operating efficiency, and support the initiatives that build durable, long-term value.
With nearly a decade of SaaS experience, Jack brings a data-driven, operator-first approach to scaling businesses. He spent a significant portion of his career at Rx Savings Solutions, leading the finance function through rapid growth and eventual acquisition. Jack most recently served as Chief Financial Officer at SOFTwarfare, where he led FP&A efforts. He began his professional career in the audit practice at Ernst & Young.
Jack holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri and is a Kansas City 40 Under 40 honoree.
In his spare time, Jack likes doing outdoor activities like golfing, spending time and traveling with his family, cooking, and rooting for his local KC sports teams and the Missouri Tigers.
