Josh Aroesty focuses on sourcing new investments and market research for the investment team. Prior to joining Five Elms, Josh worked as a Capital Advisor for small businesses, assisting them with finding and acquiring various funding opportunities. Josh started his career at Real Equity Management, where he was Director of Sales for a portfolio of multi-family developments across the US.
Josh attended the University of Missouri in Columbia and earned his B.A. in Political Science and History with an emphasis in Strategic Studies.
Josh enjoys attending concerts or a Royals games in the summer, but in the winter you’ll find him hunkering down at home with his wife, daughter, and dog – likely watching whatever show everyone is currently binging.
