Randy is a Managing Director leading the Value Creation team at Five Elms. In his role, he partners with portfolio leadership teams to drive scalable growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation. Leveraging more than 20 years of experience across product, operations, and client experience organizations, Randy helps software companies execute on their growth strategies and build enduring businesses.
Before joining Five Elms, Randy was Chief Operating Officer at Rx Savings Solutions, where he helped scale the business through significant growth and transformation. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles across technology-enabled and services organizations, including H&R Block and Sprint, where he led teams focused on product innovation, pricing strategy, and customer experience.
Randy holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Management from William Jewell College.
Outside of work, Randy spends most of his time with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys being outdoors, traveling, and staying active through regular exercise and the occasional round of golf. He also values time with extended family and friends.
